Timely maintains the confidentiality of all private contact information for privacy reasons. After the user completes the payment, the Sensei chooses to accept or reject the service. If the Sensei accepts the service, both parties can contact eachother from their contact information. If the Sensei rejects the service, the order is closed, and the contact information of the Sensei cannot be seen.
