# What are the appointment-related issues I should be wary of?

* **Preliminary**\
  Highlight concrete problems and provide accurate information so that Sensei can have a clear picture of what is needed from them and can plan accordingly.
* **Before the appointment**\
  Be punctual. If you need to reschedule, please contact the other party at least 24 hours in advance. Make sure to be respectful and clear during the meeting.
* **During the appointment**\
  Focus on answers and solutions to the core issue. Empty talk is forbidden anyway.
