# Why has my account been frozen?

* Multiple malicious complaints from the same registered account or malicious concealment of the truth to the problem during the dispute resolution process; 
* Violation of platform regulations, causing damage to privacy, reputation, property and other related rights and interests for Senseis or Timely on numerous occasions.
