Are the Sensei ACTUALLY experts? Are they credible?

To demonstrate their credibility in their field, all of Timely's Senseis are required to submit documentation and proof of who they are and what they have achieved. These documents are checked rigorously by the Timely team.

Users can provide honest feedback following an appointment with a Sensei, if they detect fraud or receive subpar service. The Timely team will constantly review and handle all issues that may occur.
